Pros
Pay was pretty good. The staff included dedicated, hard-working professionals. Good teamwork. Occasional bonuses. Nice corporate HQ setting near downtown Racine, WI.
Cons
After consolidating several brands into one office, the workload and expectations doubled without any additional staff. Long hours. Poor management communications on the Construction Brands. Staff was largely unappreciated. Top management was a good-old-boys club. Hard drinkers. Poor morale.
