A lot of the people that have been there for a while, have very low morale. You have people that have been loyal to them for years and still in the same position they started. Very little Employee Appreciation. They don't do anything for the community. HR is not really "HUMAN RESOURCES " it's more like corporate resources. And they try to manage with fear. Corporate dictates what they want without thinking about the hurdles their supervisors have to deal with. Change starts from above.
