      Pros

      Work from home is the only good thing about this job

      Cons

      Horrible management, even worse equipment. They provide faulty equipment and when you face problems they shift the whole blame on you and once they have done it, you’re automatically in the management’s radar and they will pick on you for every little mistake and make your life so miserable that you’re forced to quit because they will close all room for growth
