The only pros are the clients who you form excellent relationships with.
Cons
Horrible pay for the amount of work required. Late nights are almost mandatory to stay on track of targets and in line with compliance. Jack of all trades role, master of none. Horrible back office departments and support teams. Managers lack experience and have no financial background whatsoever.
