Pros

Pay is pretty good for an entry-level position.

Cons

They don't care about you as a human. You are simply a number to them. If you have a bad day with calls and take too long on a break, you will be pulled on it threatened with "hefty ramifications" and accused of "time theft" which is quite ironic since they expect you to show up to work 10-15 mins before your shift starts UNPAID to make sure you're systems are all ready to go. They will lie to you in the interview process regarding the work-at-home situation. You will be told it's simply 3 weeks in-office training and then work-from-home after that. That's not true however. Once you begin training they will blind-side you by telling you that you actually need to complete 3 months probation in-office before you can start to work-from-home. The best part? You might not even get to work-from-home after 3 months because they are so unorganized they won't have equipment ready.
