      Pros

      challenging role, opportunity to meet people from walks of life. You learn how to handle finances by seeing what clients do, you learn lots of valuable life lessons.

      Cons

      terrible management lots of politics, micromanaging lots of racism, threats and treating staff poorly your voice is never heard, no appreciation or recognition for your effort. its a revolving door with high turnover and people quitting monthly or forced out if you do not follow the leaders blindly leaders talking down to staff, lots of lies and harrasment Human Resources isn't helpfu.

      The NY location is close to Grand Central Station

      Slow Canadian culture that finds it challenging to meet US regulatory standards. Executives play favorites and gaslight employees, if you voice your opinion, they either silence you or try to manage you out with exaggerated "performance issues"
