      Pros

      Good banking benefits. Also good brand name recognition with valuable sub-brands (e.g. Wood Gundy). Overall decent compensation although you will often be told you are expensive.

      Cons

      Big push to eliminate many of the experienced/expensive employees from the support areas and replace them with less experienced/expensive generalists.
