      Pros

      Large company with many possibilities for lateral movement within the firm. Operations in many parts of Canada so relocation is possible. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Training in certain parts of the firm are inadequate. Information silos exist between separate groups within the firm. Firm did not seem as client focused as other banks.
