The staffing model of this business is unbalanced and would benefit from continuing to staff appropriately for the work required in various functions and to build stronger revenue streams. A focused effort is required to continue to update systems and processes throughout various functions, the antiquated systems and processes will continue to frustrate highly transient talent.
