      Pros

      Headquartered offices are in nice locations. People are amazing too. But the external contractors or contracting company employees can be unfriendly, rude and non co-operative. Not great but pleasant work environment.

      Cons

      Less to no training provided in your job. Huge downside. Worst pay comparing any other bank(almost gurenteed). Some teams can be moderately good. Some teams can be really good.
