      Good work life balance. Not much pressure. Very good for people who look for good work life balance. Work perks is very good.

      Cons

      Laptops can be given to the technology development group which shoes the trust of the company towards it's employees. Also could be more lenient with work from home. Also could upgrade the technologies used.

      The NY location is close to Grand Central Station

      Cons

      Slow Canadian culture that finds it challenging to meet US regulatory standards. Executives play favorites and gaslight employees, if you voice your opinion, they either silence you or try to manage you out with exaggerated "performance issues"
