Offers a good defined benefit pension plan and excellent health and dental benefits. Matching RRSP contributions up to a certain percentage of your pay.
Cons
Very high sales pressure from management to achieve unrealistic and always increasing sales targets. Its like being a used car salesman. The company talks about customers and employees being important, but in reality, only sales count. Unless you are consistently exceeding sales targets, your job will be threatened and you will be put under constant stress, anxiety, ,mental harassment and psychological pressure that is toxic to your health. Lots of unpaid overtime is required. You will have to do the work of two people. They will squeeze you for all you are worth.
