      Pros

      CBRE has several lines of business with multiple chances to move forward. There are 100s of jobs, and if one works well and gets good reviews then there is an opportunity to move forward with the company.

      Cons

      There are some budget restraints that does prevent some travel at the company. This can lead to trying to manage a job remotely and has caused some additional work to find out what is wrong and needs to be corrected without being on site.

      Pros

      Benefits, pay, work/life balance. Support moving around within the company. A large corporation, but humane. Very professional, employees are at the top of their game.

      Cons

      Departments are siloed. Not much personality or heart. Top down emphasis is on selling a product, room for improvement on progressing and prioritizing their data.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
