      Pros

      Very supportive working environment, facilities needed are well provided, great team work and friendly, encouraging colleges. Exciting work tasks varied in a wide ranges of property investment sectors, types of services provided to clients and meeting interesting high managerial level clients from around the world.

      Cons

      Stressful job, usually work overtime without extra-charges. A lot of paper work and reports are time costly. Below average payment and benefits. Great place to learn, not a long term place for your career.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
