      Pros

      They have pretty good benefits & try to be as green a company as possible. Great place to start as a college graduate; rotation program in place. They have a way to report wrongdoings (whistleblowing) without any repercussions.

      Cons

      Casual Friday means no jeans; you're allowed to wear jeans maybe 2-3 times a year. Image, image, image; very image conscious. Very male-dominated culture.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
