      fair pay and benefits some training

      poor management. It is the most stressfull job I have ever had the paper work for a building tech is enormouse totally unreal. what you are hiered for you will always be just that no advancement possible

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
