      Someone looking for an entrepreneurial environment would thrive here. The company rewards hard work, the large platform lets you interact with a wide variety of people and jobs and you can really find the perfect spot for yourself.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the policies in place to help, actually hurt business development and can be cumbersome to navigate.

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
