      Not much internal promotion/growth opportunity, but it's a real estate company so the majority of employees are brokers.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
