      People are great, the company is big and overall you generally feel good about recruiting for this company.

      Cons

      There is no upward mobility. The environment is very stressful and management doesn't take valid concerns to heart. The leadership is non existent to say the least and incompetent.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
