Lack of corporate oversight into how new employees are hired and on-boarded has led to high turnover and team dissatisfaction. Intra-team infighting, stemming from leadership, and leadership's inability to manage its human capital is causing the project deliverables to fall short. Awful in-house e-learning and online training offerings. Non-existent on-boarding is ridiculous. Favoritism and 'old-boy' network at play. Lack of transparency between management and line works. They keep so much to themselves - old school management technique is antiquated in this day and age. Lack for respect in diversity of thought and experience on the part of management causes good ideas to get lost or dismissed outright. Gender bias is also at play.
