Pros

Client teams are intelligent. Client work allows an escape from the sclerotic nature of the CBRE team

Cons

Uninspiring, lacks motivation to succeed, bums on seat business model therefore staff welfare is back of mind. Usual hard work low pay complaint but I guess everyone goes through that phase. Left after leadership team overpromises the client and underdelivers them. Goes against my integrity therefore left the firm. We’re a bums on seat type of company therefore staff we hire tend to be many and they lack the skills and drive to succeed. Very uninspiring when you want to succeed and feel stuck because others are just not as driven. No idea how some ppl get the job. Am now in a more reputable consulting firm and it’s such a welcome change to my experience at this place.

Pros

The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

Cons

I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

Cons

If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
