      Large company, opportunity to move from one office to another, good place to get your feet wet and get some experience in real estate industry

      Cons

      Horrible work-life balance, very few females in management, almost no training, lack of support from the management, very competitive and hostile environment

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
