Pros
The company has a strong message of looking afer its staff, this ethos is actually implemented; the line manager I work for is competent and caring a rare combination. The corporate benefits of healthcare and flexible working are really good. The smaller things are actually done well like mental health champions and employee well being are focused on and resources spent on them. It makes a difference to making you feel like part of a term that cares. I worked here five years ago (until the project finushed) and returned which is a good indicator.
Cons
The pay is competitive but not market leading this balances out with being treated as a human and not a number. The training is very much experienced based rather than technical/classroom it works for me but others may want a more structured approach.
