HR terminate me four months after my hospitalisation leave. I worked for five years, contributing to Bytedance success. I'm a QA and also a trainer for Search Engine Opitimization dept. I make the training material, supporting not only my market but Also ID, TH,PH,VN,AI. I'm performing exceed expectations few times with tiktok, rarely took a sick leave. This is how they treat me?
