Things happen fast, people get paid and have opportunity to do lots of things People are generally motivated and relate to the company There are lots of people with great experiences working there, a lot depends on the team / reporting line you are in
Cons
Constructively disagreeing with a decision (even a bad one) is seen as disloyalty to the company rather than productive / normal discussion on a project Emphasis on long working hours and reluctance from China teams to question anything Specifically told not to bring up work life balance or wellbeing policies for employees as it would not promote the type of productivity that they wanted
