if your leader is managing a lot of people/way higher in level than you (e.g. 4-1/4-2 leading 1-2/2-1), im highly skeptical of how leaders and subordinates are able to communicate during performance reviews and are rewarded fairly for their contributions, especially if they go above and beyond their level/job scope
