      - Compensation is good, above average rating gets a much higher bonus and average. which is good.

      - Business is bad - In House self developed engine has many issues. - Work is ad hoc, dirty workarounds because engine has issues. Not much room for personal growth. - Tough environment for non Chinese speaking people
