Pros
5 years in the company, was in three roles. Growth is open when you care and took more initiatives. Acquired many skills and knowledge.
Cons
Pressured from POC, adhoc tasks given were too much and not even tiny related to the main job and it turned stressful when the POC were pushing to finish quickly and dismiss the factor that slowed down the work. From there, lost my work life balance. The management didn't listen to my struggle and burnout happen.
