Cons
They can move your job due to tax benefits from another state and not blink an eye. Washington does does not connect tax benefits to employees but SC does. We took a 60% cut and management does not even think it is there fault. Their goal was to get rid of older employees and hire younger ones at lower pay. They did not care if it hurt the company.
