Rotational leaders and restructuring were too good only if the right people were chosen. A lot of self-preservation and self-motivated agendas led to a toxic environment within the department. Plastic and incapable people, trying to lead and manage teams that are already at the top of their game, inevitably driving good people out. Never thought I would see a great culture being undermined by incompetent, moronic suck-ups. These people HAVE NO BACKGROUND in the department AT ALL. They CANNOT solve problems or give ANY operational advices.
