Pros
- Very stable like a government employee. If you please your boss, you don't get let go. - Good salary (higher salary given what you do) healthcare benefits
Cons
- The job title is very misleading. Even if you are called analyst, you are not analyzing anything, you are just a human quality checker. - No innovation. Once you're used to job security, no other employer would like to hire you as there's not much skills you can learn from hear that can be transferred to others.
