Pros
- fast paced and results oriented - results are what matter. if you get things done and deliver then you will be rewarded. - lots of work on developing sales teams and sales careers with the new program called Aspire. - data drives decisions. coming up with a solution looking for a problem doesn't get time here.
Cons
- sometimes the pace of change and the speed of the business makes people feel uncomfortable and so those that don't work well in that environment just complain... - its hard to learn about career opportunities in other business units and you don't hear much about what is going on outside your own area.
