      Reasonable work-life balance. A lot of people work 9-5 not expected to work til 7-8pm

      Cons

      People leave and aren’t replaced. More and more is expected. Isn’t like it was a few years ago Lots of managers and fewer and fewer people to do the work, there aren’t many junior team members
