      Good benefits package, big organisation loads different departments places to work in, lots of opportunities

      Cons

      Really crappy base salaries, performance reviews have to addhere to HPO curve which means if your team are all top performers some of you will be marked down to keep to the curve regardless of your performance

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
