      Pros

      Great people on my small team. My manager supports a good work - life balance. We generally get along, and go out for drinks on my boss often.

      Cons

      Unfair reporting structure, and not too many opportunities for advancement. Some people in Marketing have a superiority complex, and are complete morons.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
