      As long as you express your interest to work on a specific project, they find a way to help you move around, and gain the experience that you want. You get to work with a lot of brilliant technologists.

      Cons

      Working on weekends and late nights is not uncommon (as with other companies out there).

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
