Toxic HR culture - Head Of Human Resources Barclays Employee Review

The culture at Barclays is still toxic even after all the work for the regulators. The HR department is the worse - the hierarchy is insane and you are expected to fall in line by senior leaders. There is no/little development and people are often made redundant just because they don’t tow the line, not because they are bad employees or people. Think twice before applying especially to HR. I never worked longer hours for so little recognition!
