Pros

Not too much work pressure if you have the right skills Getting leaves is easier compared to other companies. Flexible times are allowed if you have a real reason to be late or to leave early.

Cons

Initial Judgement based on reviews by people who might not even know technology Not that much work. So if you do your work and don't get vocal about what you have done its equivalent to not doing any work. Visibility is over valued. Some colleagues don't follow RISES.. If you don't give respect you are not going to get it. People feel entitled because they have spent more time in the company. People who have been with organization for long enough assume seniority in aggressive ways and that can seem very unprofessional at times. Even the people with expertise in a skill are ignored in discussions relates to that skill just because they are new joiners. More importance given in discussions to people who are more experienced in organozation even though they are making the same point as their new joinee colleagues.. In fact at times people copy someones view in front of them and state them as their own... That's what happens when visibility brownie points are linked to bonuses. Pathetic on boarding.

Very disappointing to read your review as you are clearly not enjoying working in your current team. You have not stated your location so I cannot share your views with the local team to help give them colleague feedback. I can only encourage you to look for new opportunities, we are a large company and there are always lots of roles on the Internal Jobs Board. I really hope you find a new role, in team that is better suited to your values and working practices.

Cons

Pay is the lowest compared to similar company with the same role. Upper management speaks to staff with a patronizing tone; cutting them off, and talking down to them. At times it felt like they purposefully were attempting to find things wrong instead of working together as a team to meet objectives. Understaffed. Fully expected to do the work of a team of 6 despite being a team of 2 for example.
