Pros
Some good staff, buried under nepotism.
Cons
No overtime, a lack of managerial oversight, poor planning, a lack of care, massive laundering but they're only now doing something about it and that's mostly because they want to reduce the number of customers, the wrong people are promoted and few are left to do the bulk, it is snide and horrible and i hate it.
