Pros
There is plenty of room for progression and you will get support in moving, there are good employee benefits, and it is a largely union company. CWP and Prospect represent the workforce, with Prospect representing the managers. Outside of the frontline workforce there is a very good culture of proper work life balance.
Cons
Pay in some roles is below the going rate, there is an over reliance on big changes to try and solve problems that may well have got solved if the last big change had been allowed to fully play out or are not solvable via big changes as they are the result of the size of the company and need a bespoke fix.
