BT Group Review as an Organisation - Portfolio Manager BT Group Employee Review

Travel to office (Gurugram) atleast 3-4 days a week is mandate. No clear visibility of roles and responsibilties , depending on the projects you get, Due to frequent org/ leadership changes, the teams and people remain unclear of their positions and where would they get aligned. As the leadership / portfolio leadership management changes frequently, the whole year efforts which an individual puts in the project becomes vague, which doesnt actually adds value when we go through yearly APRs and can value our hardwork/efforts put in the projects. NO clarity / transparency on how safe your job or position is.
