      I have appreciated the flexibility and team work I have experienced inside BT, if you put the right effort in, are willing to adapt to and drive change, then BT provides a solid basis to build a career

      Cons

      Of course there are complexities to deal with in a large, multi-national (cross-cultural) organisation, but this also offers benefits in terms of personal growth and development
