Pros
The hardworking people on the ground!
Cons
Military style leadership which has been described as bullying, condescending, misogynistic and extremely poor management of people. Contradictory Information and actions from so called 'leaders' Pay is so low compared to competitors. If you get a promotion, prepare to never get a pay rise with it. Everything is so difficult/complicated to get done, even the simplest tasks. Sack people based on locations that don't align with strategic locations, then hire someone to manage from Scotland (funnily enough not a strategic location, and pay for Thier travel to Newcastle (again not a strategic location) while making it clear during redundancy talks that this was not an option to be considered for redeployment. Management. Treatment of staff Management play favourites and keep Thier mates in leadership roles even though their 'your say' scores are consistently shockingly low and negative (no action taken to address these issues) All work moving offshore as it's cheaper. No career advancement. People (the most talented ones from the company) are leaving in droves!
