(1) No Work Life Balance. Mostly work will be in UK Shift. it's like a hell. (2) Vendor Like EPAM fully Acquired most of the project. they never ever share anything related to knowledge Sharing. (3) BT Full Time Employee did not get proper response. (4) No respect for Indian BT Full Time Employee. (5) If your Manager is good then all good otherwise its a big hell. (6) BT Employee can not convey a message. if convey a message, all bad come to you. (7) Full politics.
