Pros
Good benefits healthcare, pension etc & nights out Christmas party, summer bbq etc. If your line manager has ethics it is a good company as you are treated fairly & with respect. If your manager is not ethical you are fair from fine as everything is down to line manager discretion.
Cons
Too dependent on line Manager discretion & HR always side with managers to save the BT brand.
