Pros
The top management has provided very clear strategic direction and the company has recently won major deals with big MNCs which shows the potential of the company. The benefits are in line if not better than industry peers.
Cons
The management is too focused on the bottom line. Every employee in the company counts and no just those that are sales oriented. There's nothing done to improve the employee survey ratings even when survey results have shown time and time again that the line manager is not fit to lead the team. Lack of team building events to boost morale and teamwork.
