      1) Mobile and Internet bill reimbursements apart from salary 5) Good Paymasters 6) Good Infrastucture 8) Transport available at nominal rate. 9) BYOD for mobile where company pays some part of it.

      1) Too much politics(few corrupt minds else everyone is good)
