      Mobile and internet bill compensation provided. Free to work anytime depending on your easy availability. All processes separate and follow good procedures for overall employee development.

      Cons

      On-site is difficult to be available or better say almost not. Very few for smaller roles. Dependency of projects over contractual employees.
