      Pros

      Company has good benefits and competitive pay. There are several great benefits including discounted internet and phone plus very flexible working hours. The people are great and the atmosphere is very inclusive.

      Cons

      The introduction of an AI based call listening system that you don’t get trained on directly affects if you get your bonus or not. For 18 months I always got my bonus based on good customer feedback but since the AI has come in I haven’t received my bonus. It’s cost me almost £100 a month.

      Pros

      Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

      Cons

      Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
