      - Well managed designers/design teams - Collaborative workflows - Felt my skills were nurtured by managers and other designers - Great design system (and helpful, professional team) - Hackathons

      Cons

      - Mandatory 3 days a week (the reason I left) - Below average pay - VERY disconnected to engineering, almost siloed - Because of the above, takes a very long time to ship changes, and when they do, they're often slow to load and/or inaccurate.

      Pros

      Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

      Cons

      Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
